Registration is now open for the 2010 Upward Basketball and Cheerleading season for PreK (4 years old by 1/31/10) through 6th grade boys and girls. Registration is still open however there are no more evaluations. Once you register you must bring your child(ren) to the New Hope Christian School office in the Nazarene church Mon-Fri between 8:00am and 5:00pm to be sized for their uniform.
There are several ways to register:
NEW: Online Registration. You can pay online with a credit card or pay by check at a later date. We are encouraging everyone to register online if possible. Online registration has ended. You can still register by downloading a registration form or picking one up at the Nazarene Church.
Download a registration form (Click Here) and mail it to the Nazarene Church or bring it with you to one of the mandatory evaluations. Since there are no more evaluations you will need to bring your child to the New Hope Christian School office in the Nazarene Church, Mon-Fri between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to be sized for their uniform.
Pick up a registration form at a business or school around the county and mail it to the Nazarene Church or bring it with you to one of the mandatory evaluations.
The early registration cost per child is $60; after December 5th, the cost is $70. Shorts (Basketball) and Turtlenecks (Cheerleading) are optional at a cost of $10. We offer multi-child discounts, scholarships, and payment plans.
Multi-Child Discounts - Take $5 off the registration cost of the second child and $10 off the third, fourth, etc. child.
Payment Plan - If you can't afford to make the entire registration payment up front, no problem. We will work with you to put together a payment plan that will work for you. Our base payment plan is three payments of $20.
Scholarship Program - we offer a scholarship program that is open to everyone. Contact League Commissioner, Jason Coyan, at 740-477-8340 for requirements of the scholarship program.
Included in your Basketball registration is a reversible jersey, t-shirt, Winner Magazine, Parent's Guide to Upward Basketball, Scriptunes CD, car magnet, End-of-Season Award and more.
Included in your Cheerleading registration is a cheer top and skort, Winner Magazine, Parent's Guide to Upward Cheerleading, Scriptunes CD, car magnet, hair ribbon, megaphone, poms, End-of-Season Award and more
